We encourage you to share your expertise and contribute to the collective knowledge by submitting your groundbreaking research papers and thought-provoking insights. Authors will be notified of Abstract acceptance within 7 to 14 days. The optional full paper submission, including detailed guidelines for publication in Conference Proceedings, peer-reviewed journals, or as a Monograph, will be emailed within a few weeks after the conference.

  • Submissions should be original and follow the formatting guidelines provided on the Author Guidelines Page.
  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind review process conducted by our expert review committee.
  • We encourage submissions from Scholars and Researchers in the fields of leadership, culture, and talent management, HR Managers and Professionals, Organizational Leaders, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Culture and Change Management Experts, Organizational Psychologists, Human Resource Consultants, HR Technology Experts, and graduate students.
  • Prior to the conference, participants are required to submit an abstract. Following the conference, presenters will be invited to submit their full papers for publication opportunities
