Carine Metselaar

Carine Metselaar has an educational and professional background organizational psychology, change management, and executive coaching. She has worked for over 30 years in a variety of industries throughout Europe, the US and Asia. As a lecturer in executive coaching, she was part of the faculty of the VU Center for Executive Coaching in Amsterdam. Currently she is in the last year of her PhD project “Meaning-making of personality profiles in the context of personal and professional development in organizations” at the University of Groningen.
