Vasudev Das has a Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences (AMDS) from Walden University, Minneapolis, USA. Dr. Das is a consummate scholar-practitioner of Leadership and Organizational Change (LOC). Dr. Das has authored over 35 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and has extensive experience integrating spiritual technologies with management science. His recent Best Presentation Award-winning research at the World Academy of Science, Engineering, and Technology conference in London is Sonic Therapeutic
Intervention for Preventing Financial Fraud. On March 29, 2025 he single-handedly presented five research papers at the International Conference on Business, Management, and Finance in Oxford, United Kingdom. Dr. Das’s research interests include kleptocracy de-escalation, leading
change, and sonic therapeutic intervention.

Ms. Devashree Amogh

Devashree Amogh Vaidya is a L&D professional working in a Financial Services firm. She studied MSc Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, UK wherein she was awarded ‘Overall Course Award’ for securing highest grades. Rosemary Olive Mbone Enie

Since 1991, Rosemary Olive Mbone Enie, Pan African Geologist, Environmentalist, Eco-community Builder, Social Environmental Entrepreneur and Gender/Childhood Ambassador has been actively involved in African Water, Sanitation, Hygiene, Environmental Education and Management projects. She has initiated several Pan African projects. Ms. Mbone Enie has 27 years’ experience working on Gender/Development issues in Africa Communities. In March 2014, the European Union under the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP), nominated her as an exceptional woman representing Africa. She has been active in the International Climate Negotiations, participating in several Climate Summits. Her main interest is working with the Most Vulnerable Groups (MVGs)- women, youths, children, the elderly and people with disabilities (PWDs). She currently serves as Founder/CEO-Salama Heritage Ecovillage (SHE) Africa Ltd based in Rwanda.

Pedro Carlos Refkalefsky Loureiro

Graduated in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, and Accounting, Pedro Carlos Refkalefsky Loureiro holds two master’s degrees: one from Universidad San Pablo and another from Universidade da Amazônia. Currently completing PhD at Universidade Federal do Pará, is a professor at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Pará. He is also a member of the Brazilian Society for Communication Research and serves as a counselor on the Regional Council for Administration Professionals. Pedro is a podcast producer and editor focusing on regional development, economics, and innovation in the Amazon.
