Dr. Constance Ehiozee is a strategic leadership practitioner, researcher, and academic who bridges the gap between boardroom governance and frontline operational reality. She is a Lecturer at De Montfort University and Founder of E3 Collectives, the umbrella organisation behind Lumina Circle, E3 HSSE Academy, and WelevateX. Through E3 HSSE Academy, she has equipped over 450 professionals across four continents with health, safety, sustainability, and environmental management competencies. Dr. Ehiozee is a committee member of ISO/TC 283, which develops international occupational health and safety management standards, and Co-Convener of the DCCG Working Group.
