Ms. Naomi Asia

Naomi Asia is a PhD candidate specialising in talent exceptionality and retention
management in the Nigerian public health sector. She also holds an MSc in marketing.
With a strong background in customer relations, marketing, and talent management,
Naomi has been recognised with awards for excellence in customer satisfaction and
policy formulation. Passionate about leadership, workforce development, and policy
impact, she bridges research with real-world solutions. Beyond academia, she enjoys
